Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] seeks a senior NVH Lead to drive vehicle-level NVH targets across BIW, powertrain, and chassis, and to mentor engineers across multiple vehicle programs.

You will conduct NVH analysis, testing, validation, and root-cause investigations, collaborating with Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing and Quality to implement countermeasures and achieve refinement across programs.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in Automotive NVH Development.
• Strong expertise in vehicle acoustics, vibration analysis, and vehicle refinement.
• Hands-on experience with TPA, Modal Analysis, Sound Power Measurement, and NVH testing.
• Experience in powertrain, chassis, suspension, and BIW NVH development.
• Proficiency in tools such as LMS Test.Lab, Müller-BBM, MATLAB, ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent NVH tools.
• Proven experience in leading NVH activities from concept to production.
