Qualifications

• Strong expertise in analog IC design with proven technical leadership capabilities.
• Extensive experience in Power Management Unit (PMU) design and development, including low-power architectures and power sequencing functions.
• Hands-on experience in Switch-Mode Power Converter (SMPS/DC-DC Converter) design and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive medium-complexity mixed-signal IP development from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals, including amplifiers, references, regulators, bias circuits, and feedback control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead design reviews, influence technical decisions, and coordinate across global teams.
