Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Engineer Verification to develop SV RNM models and verify them against schematic, using UVM-based verification and DMS flows. You will handle analog vectors verification at SoC level and build automatic checkers for AMS verification of multi-phase controllers and power switches.

You will work with Cadence Virtuoso, Xcelium, and APS/XPS, and perform automation with Shell/Perl/Python.

Qualifications

• Experience in AMS verification of multi-phase controllers and power switches.
• Development of SV RNM models for analog blocks (ADC, buck-boost, LDO).
• Verification of SV RNM models against schematic and analog vectors at SoC level.
• Familiarity with UVM-based verification and DMS flows.
• Automation using shell, Perl, Python scripting.
