• Lead the delivery of multiple upgrade projects across platforms, ensuring alignment with goals and client expectations.
• Build and strengthen external client relationships and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Direct, coach, and support a team of associates delivering client upgrades.
• Execute code and domain strategies for upgrade projects.
• Maintain project issue and risk registers, drive mitigation and resolution, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
