Unico Connect is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements across the US, EU, and APAC. The role owns project portfolios, drives escalations on at-risk work, partners with sales on account growth, and mentors the next generation of project managers. The position suits delivery leaders who can balance commercial outcomes with engineering quality across regulated and unregulated client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise engagements ($100K+ contracts) across web, mobile, AI, or cloud
• Manage portfolios of 4-6 concurrent projects with 25+ team members across multiple time zones
• Mentor 2-3 Junior Project Managers; conduct portfolio reviews, 1:1s, and capacity planning
• Drive recovery on at-risk projects through scope renegotiation, resource reshuffling, and escalation handling
• Partner with Sales and Business Development on SOWs, change orders, and account expansion conversations
• Establish project management playbooks, templates, and KPIs across the practice
• Run quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts; build executive-facing performance reports
• Govern client onboarding, kickoff, and operational handover for all new engagements
• Track project profitability, utilisation, and capacity at the portfolio level
• Define escalation matrices and incident-response procedures for production-impacting events
• Partner with the Tech Lead and Engineering leadership on architecture reviews that involve scope risk

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field
• 5+ years of software project or program management at a product company or agency
• Track record of delivering $1M+ in lifetime client revenue across managed accounts
• Strong agile and waterfall experience; the judgement to pick the right approach per engagement
• Direct experience managing clients in the US, UK, EU, or Australia
• Deep proficiency in Jira, Linear, Notion, Loom, and executive-grade reporting tools
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring junior project management talent
• Strong commercial acumen with comfort discussing pricing, scope, and contract terms
• Capacity to read architecture documents and challenge engineering estimates when scope feels off
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive-level stakeholder conversations
