Digitide seeks a Principal- Cloud & Infra to lead the global service line, driving large managed services deals and deep hyperscaler partnerships. You will shape cloud architecture, modernization, cybersecurity, and AI-led MSI for enterprise clients across US and India.

The role requires senior leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of closing multi-year engagements, with accountability for strategic direction and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity with senior service-line ownership.
• Experience across US and India markets, managing distributed teams and client relations.
• Proven track record closing large managed services deals ($10M–$25M TCV).
• Deep experience with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud at partnerships level.
• Strong cloud architecture, modernization, FinOps and security-by-design knowledge.

• Own the global Cloud & Infra service line across Workplace/End-User Computing, Network, and Data Center/Cloud services.
• Lead shaping, negotiation, and closure of large managed services deals spanning infra outsourcing and cloud Mgmt.
• Grow hyperscaler relationships with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud; co-sell and funding programs.
• Define cloud architecture and modernization roadmap; drive migration factories and cloud-native designs.
• Embed cybersecurity into infra offerings and scale managed security services.
• Position AI-led MSI delivery across multi-vendor stacks to client outcomes.
• Represent Cloud & Infra to CEOs/CXOs and analysts; escalate large accounts when needed.
• Collaborate with Presales, Alliances and Analyst Relations to differentiate offerings.

Position Title: Principal- Cloud & Infra

Location: India (Chennai and Bangalore preferred)

Job Description: Digitide is looking for a Service Line Owner to lead Cloud & Infrastructure service line globally. This is a senior role responsible for growing the Cloud & Infra business through large managed services deals, deepening strategic hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Microsoft, Google), and driving cloud architecture/modernization, cybersecurity, and AI-led Master Systems Integration (MSI) as core pillars of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global Cloud & Infra service line across Workplace/End-User Computing, Network, and Data Center/Cloud services.


• Lead the shaping, negotiation, and closure of large and managed services deals (multi-year, multi-million-dollar TCV) spanning infrastructure outsourcing, cloud managed services, and workplace/network operations.


• Own and grow strategic hyperscaler relationships with AWS, Microsoft (Azure), and Google Cloud — co-sell motions, joint solutioning, partner funding/incentive programs, and specialization/competency certifications.


• Define and drive the cloud architecture and modernization roadmap — legacy-to-cloud migration factories, application modernization, FinOps, and cloud-native reference architectures for enterprise clients.


• Embed cybersecurity into the infra portfolio — oversee security-by-design architecture, and build/scale managed security offerings.


• Champion Digitide's AI-led Master Systems Integrator (MSI) positioning — orchestrating multi-vendor technology stacks (cloud, security, automation, AI/LLM tooling) into unified client outcomes.


• Represent Cloud & Infra in CEO/CXO-level client and analyst conversations across US and India geographies, and act as the executive escalation point for large managed services accounts.


• Partner with Presales, Alliances, and Analyst/Advisor Relations to shape competitive, differentiated infra offerings, solutions and bids


• Strengthen Digitide's positioning in analyst rankings.

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services, including senior service-line ownership roles


• Demonstrated experience working across US and India markets — managing distributed teams and US/India-based client relationships.


• Proven track record leading and closing large/managed services deals (typically $10M-$25M TCV) spanning infrastructure outsourcing or cloud managed services.


• Deep experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud at the partnership/alliance level (co-sell, funding programs, joint GTM).


• Strong grounding in cloud architecture and modernization — migration methodologies, cloud-native design, and FinOps/cost optimization at enterprise scale.


• Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains relevant to infrastructure (network security, cloud security posture management, Zero Trust, managed SOC/VAPT services).


• Exposure to AI-led infrastructure operations or Master Systems Integrator (MSI) delivery models is strongly preferred.
