Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Principal/Associate Engineer - Structures to lead the structural design for transportation infrastructure projects in India. You will oversee complex analyses, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with BIM, drafting, and project management teams to deliver high-quality design packages.

The role requires a strong track record in rail, metro, and highways projects, with leadership experience and a preference for candidates with an M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience; M.Tech / M.E in Structural Engineering preferred
• Experience: 10+ years in Railways, Metro, Roads & Highways projects
• Experience in leading design teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and engineering activities for transportation infrastructure projects
• Manage and deliver complex structural analysis and design packages
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with BS, ASTM, Euro Codes, and MENA standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams
