Job summary

Surbana Jurong Bengaluru office invites a Civil/Structural Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join our global delivery team. You will support structural analysis, design calculations, and documentation across international projects under guidance from senior engineers.

You will work with ETABS/SAFE/STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit, collaborating with BIM teams and maintaining drawing registers while adhering to QA/QC processes and project standards.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years relevant experience (buildings/infrastructure/industrial).
• BE/BTech (Civil) / ME in Structural or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with IS codes, Eurocodes, ACI, AS, NZ, etc., depending on project region.

Responsibilities

• Build/update analysis models and perform supervised design checks for RC/steel elements.
• Prepare calculation sheets, basic design notes, and input for design reports.
• Coordinate with BIM/CAD to produce/issue drawings; redline markups; maintain drawing registers.
• Follow QA/QC: self-checks, checklist completion, file naming/version control, comment resolution.
• Follow applicable design codes and project specifications (IS, Eurocodes, ACI, AS, NZ, etc.).
• Participate in coordination calls as needed; document actions and close-out items.
• Continuous learning: codes, software workflows, and internal standards.

• AutoCAD; Exposure to Revit/Navisworks is a plus.
