Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a mid-level Urban Planner in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with 5–8 years in urban planning, master planning, or infrastructure planning. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop master plans, conduct land use analyses, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, MS Office, and planning tools is required, along with strong reporting and presentation skills. Experience with government projects and smart city initiatives is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning / Town Planning.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in urban planning, master planning, or infrastructure planning projects.
• Experience working on government, smart city, township, or urban development projects.
• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, MS Office, and planning software/tools.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Indian urban planning policies, regulations, and development frameworks.
