Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong GST/TDS compliance knowledge and experience with ERP systems. You will coordinate with auditors and stakeholders and help improve internal controls.

Based in Gurgaon, the position offers growth in a multinational infrastructure consultancy with a history of delivering major projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or M.Com with 5–8 years of finance experience.
• Experience in consulting/infrastructure/EPC or project-based firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control.
• Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards.
• Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards
• Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements

Qualifications
