Job summary

Surbana Jurong invites applications for a Construction Monitoring & Evaluation Expert based in Arunachal Pradesh, India. You will oversee and assess construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, quality, safety, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (Bachelors/Masters) with 8+ years in large infrastructure projects, preferably dam/hydropower, and strong skills in scheduling, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in construction monitoring/supervision/evaluation of large infrastructure projects.
• Dam/hydropower project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, progress tracking, and performance evaluation systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate construction progress against approved schedules.
• Review contractor performance, methodologies, and deployment of resources.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality assurance procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify delays, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
