You will model the business, build Monte Carlo simulations, and apply optimization to drive performance improvements. You’ll design intelligent workflows within the RevInsight Enterprise Decision Intelligence System, integrate data sources, and onboard clients to turn insights into measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a top-tier Operations Research & Decision Analysis expert to join our team in Bangalore. For instance, we model the business, build a Monte Carlo simulation with an absorbing-Markov-chain win model, then apply optimization and process-changes to model performance improvements.

With exceptional skills in business modeling, simulation, and optimization, you can do this job.

But it also requires innovation: operations research is widely used for Supply Chain but rarely used in Go-to-Market. We must solve new problems for clients unused to operations research. And our solutions must be easy-to-use and reliable. When we succeed, we will have made an industry-defining system. A pioneering attitude is required to blaze the paths for solving business problems and then in assuring the clients’ success in using the solutions. You will hone your skills in advanced analytics, collaborative teamwork, and strategic business advisory.

What You’ll Do

You will define, build, deploy and improve the RevInsight Enterprise Decision Intelligence System.

• Innovate: work with customers to create useful analyses and intelligent workflows. Understand how each customer’s business works. Define the decisions needed. Develop decision intelligence to improve business performance. Work with the customer and in-house team to drive from idea to adoption to results. Onboard users and integrate data sources.
• Automate: Build intelligent automation agents, reports, and dashboards. Develop predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics. Track and improve data quality. Define and build data stores and data pipelines. Define metrics, set targets, develop forecasts.
• Cultivate: monitor operations, track business adoption, assess value realization, evaluate model performance, and update the system as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, or statistics
• Experience: 12-20 years of relevant industry experience
• Operations Research & Decision Analysis: optimization and simulation
