Job summary

Robin and Berry in Bengaluru seeks a market research interviewer to conduct CATI-based telephone interviews and gather insights across Healthcare, IT, Telecom, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and more. You will perform cold calls, use LinkedIn and email to engage respondents, and document findings in a detailed database.

You will also align and conduct in-depth interviews to gain deep market insights and leverage secondary sources such as forums and review sites to support research projects.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting telephone interviews using a CATI system.
• Ability to research across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of cold calling to gather market data.
• Experience with outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Ability to document findings in a structured database.
• Experience conducting or coordinating in-depth interviews.

Responsibilities

• 1. Should possess strong verbal & written communication skills for conducting telephone interviews using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system. Conduct research across various industries, including Healthcare, IT, Telecom, and Finance, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Energy & Utilities and many more.
• 2. Conduct cold calls to initiate contact and gather valuable market data from potential Respondents.
• 3. Utilize outreach methods such as LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms to connect with and engage target audiences
• 4. Document and collect research findings into a detailed and comprehensive database.
• 5. Conduct or align In-depth Interviews (IDIs) to gain detailed insights and a deep understanding of specific market segments
• 6. Demonstrate strong navigational skills to gather relevant information from secondary sources, including forums and review websites, to support research projects
