Internet Research Bureau is seeking a full-time tele-research professional to conduct both CATI/CAWI surveys with national and international respondents, including C‑Level executives. The role involves primary and secondary research, lead generation, and multi-geography interviewing.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work rotational shifts with cab facilities. 5-day workweeks with health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in tele-research/outbound calling.
• Excellent oral communication skills and patient, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based research tools.
• Open to rotational shifts and high-volume calling (200–300 calls/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone surveys with national and international respondents at C‑Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers.
• Study and analyze client needs; perform market research and generate leads.
• Perform secondary research and create leads using directories and websites; use CATI/CAWI approaches.
• Conduct web-based and telephonic interviews across geographies; collaborate with team.
• Assist in project methodology design with manager; support in multi-tasking with attention to detail.
• Work in rotational shifts (24x7) with cab provided from both sides.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role majorly focuses onPRIMARY RESEARCHPrimarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with national and international respondents with C-Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers etc.Studying and analyzing the business needs of clients and prospects, conducting market research.Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.Performing web based as well as telephonic interviews in different geographies. (CATI & CAWI.Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.-Initiating In-depth Interview and probe for information resulting in valuable qualitative data.Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided from both side].

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Education: Graduate ( BA/ B.com/BBA)

Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
