Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end primary research projects including surveys, CATI, IDIs and FGDs.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for successful project delivery.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, bidding, RFQ and SOW processes.
• Track fieldwork progress and ensure data quality and timely reporting.

Position Description

Manage end-to-end primary research projects including online surveys, CATI, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions while coordinating directly with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client communication and project requirement understanding.
• Project launch with accurate quotas and target audience.
• Vendor management, vendor onboarding, bidding, and database development.
• RFQ and SOW creation.
• CATI call recording validation.
• Track fieldwork progress across multiple live projects.
• Stakeholder management across clients, vendors, scripting, and data processing teams.
• Data analysis and research findings reporting.
• Presentation of findings to management and leadership.

Additional Responsibilities

• Process optimization initiatives.
• Weekend and extended-hour support as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
