• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding industry ONLY, specifically in Pricing.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, port operations, shipping lines, and freight costing.
• Hands-on experience with ocean & air freight pricing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage air & ocean freight pricing for export shipments (FCL / LCL / Air).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to negotiate rates.
• Support Key Accounts, Sales, and Business Development teams with quotations.
• Analyze market trends, vessel schedules, and rate fluctuations to optimize pricing strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of rates, surcharges, and validity while sharing quotations with stakeholders.
• Work with Export Documentation, Port Operations, and Transport teams to ensure feasibility of quoted rates.
• Maintain pricing databases, rate sheets, and quotation records in LOGY SYS.
• Assist in customer retention by offering optimized pricing solutions and alternatives.
• Handle escalations related to pricing discrepancies.
