Overview

As a Consultant – Digital HR Solution Design, you will lead HR digital transformation solutioning and presales activities. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing scalable HR digital solutions, driving proposal excellence, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and consult on HR digital transformation solutions (Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, Benefits).
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution architecture.
• Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses and proposals with strong storytelling and visualization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complex concepts into business value.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to implement digital initiatives.
• Strong HR domain expertise with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of digital transformation, automation (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
• Strong communication and presentation (especially PowerPoint) skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
