Job summary

Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Presales Executive for the pre-launch phase of Cult.fit centers in Gurugram. The role focuses on BTL activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management and engaging walk-ins while the center is under development.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 0-1 year in sales or field marketing, with strong communication and energy. Shift timing is 1pm-10pm, with a fixed package of 3–3.6 LPA and incentives up to 20k monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.

Responsibilities

• Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.
• Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.
• Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.
• Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.
• Explain Cultfit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
• Capture and maintain lead data.
• Coordinate with leads for follow-ups and conversions.
• Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.

The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.

Role & responsibilities:

Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.

Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.

Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.

Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.

Explain Cultfit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.

Capture and maintain lead data.

Coordinate with leads for follow-ups and conversions.

Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activation's.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.

Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.

Comfortable with shift timings of 1pm to 10pm

Salary: 25k-28k plus incentive (10-20k as per target vs achievement)
