Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant Presales with 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC/NOC, and Managed Services. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
• Design end-to-end solutions across SOC, NOC, and Cybersecurity domains
• Prepare solution architecture, HLD/LLD, and technical presentations
• Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops
• Design SOC-as-a-Service and Managed IT Services offerings
• Prepare proposals, SoW, BoQ, SLA definitions, and cost estimations
• Develop presales collateral such as case studies and presentations
• Work with sales, OEMs, and delivery teams
• Conduct partner enablement and customer presentations
• Contribute to new service offerings and improvements

Technical Skills

• Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG
• Security Technologies: Firewall, Endpoint Security, Network Security
• Networking: Routing, Switching, Wireless fundamentals

Core Competencies
