Job summary

Borderless is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Associate in Mumbai to engage with students, assist onboarding to investing, and drive conversions. You'll handle inquiries via calls, email, and chat, while identifying sales opportunities to grow the user base.

You'll work with a dynamic team in fintech, leveraging MS Office and CRM tools to generate leads, follow up efficiently, and attend education fairs to boost awareness.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years in student support, sales, or similar roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a confident and friendly approach.
  

• Customer Focus: Ability to understand student needs and provide solutions.
  

• Sales Mindset: Interest in sales and willingness to work with targets.
  

• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and learning new tools.
  

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Bonus: Basic understanding of stock markets or investing is a plus.
