Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune seeks an experienced trainer for the International Telecom (Voice) Process. The role covers training for NHT batches, supporting hiring, batch and data handling, and coordinating with cross functions to drive process KPIs.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. Minimum 2 years' experience as a pre-process trainer in an International Voice process is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a pre-process trainer in an International Voice process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Candidates with prior chat handling experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for NHT batches and support hiring.
• BQ Management: conduct refresher for on-floor associates.
• Batch and data handling.
• Floor briefings, PKTs, Dipsticks.
• Attend calibrations and ensure accuracy of training materials.
• Create/update Content for training modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functions to drive process KPIs.
• Process audits and act as floor support when NHT batches are absent.
• Ready to train multiple LOBs across business.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Summarize chat transcripts into actionable guidance.

2 way cab facility if address is covered in the boundary.

Role & responsibilities

• 1-This position is for Communication Training Team (Voice/Blended)
• 2-Conduct training for NHT batches & support hiring
• 3-BQ Management. Conduct refresher for on floor associates
• 4-Batch and Data handling
• 5-Floor briefings, PKTs, Dipsticks
• 6-Attend calibrations
• 7-Create/update Content
• 8-Co-ordination with cross functions to drive the process KPIs
• 9-Process audits and act as Floor support in the absence of NHT batches
• 10-Ready to train multiple LOB's across business
• 11-Do regular Coaching & Feedback
• 12-Provide instructions to summarize each of the provided chat transcripts
