Job summary

leadIC Design Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Practice Head – Physical Design to lead and scale the PD vertical and drive end-to-end delivery for our ODC. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Physical Design with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in RTL-to-GDSII implementation flow and physical design sign-off.
• Proven experience in timing closure, STA, PPA optimization for complex SoCs.
• Experience leading large PD teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard EDA tools and advanced-node design challenges.
• Proven ability to own delivery, resource planning, team development, and ODC operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
