Zusammenfassung

Phiedge Talent Enhancers is seeking a senior leader to own P&L management and revenue ownership for the recruitment practice across PAN India in non-IT sectors.

You will head a delivery team handling leadership and lateral hiring, executive search, and RPO engagements, driving strategic TA initiatives with CXOs and business leaders. Office-based, six-day work week, and strong emphasis on delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Aufgaben

• Heading recruitment operations across PAN India, for Non-IT verticals, leading a delivery team handling leadership hiring, lateral hiring, and RPO engagements.
• Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives across Manufacturing, Automotive, EPC & Infrastructure
• Leading executive search and niche hiring mandates through market mapping, headhunting, and consultative stakeholder engagement.
• Managing large-scale recruitment delivery and RPO programs, ensuring quality hiring, faster turnaround time, and high client satisfaction.
• Building high-performance recruitment teams while strengthening sourcing capability, delivery excellence, and recruitment process optimization.
• Partnering with CXOs and business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning and business growth objectives.
• Driving business expansion through strategic account management, client acquisition, and consultative talent solutions
• Managing vendor empanelment, commercial negotiations & cost optimization.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors Lead governance calls, business reviews, and reporting on delivery performance metric
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery Lead and mentor teams to enhance productivity and client satisfaction Consistently achieve targets while closing critical and niche positions
• Willing to work from Office for 6 Days
