Job summary

V.S. International Private Limited (VSI) is expanding its global pharma footprint and seeks a skilled planner in Mumbai to oversee end-to-end production scheduling from manufacturing to packing.

You will ensure availability of materials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive on-time delivery against monthly plans. Ideal candidates bring strong GMP knowledge, SAP/ERP expertise, and a proven ability to plan and coordinate complex projects with clear reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding pharma process from manufacturing to packing.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Strong production planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure RM/PM availability as per plan/forecast.
• Prepare FTOs and PRs.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials and dispatches.
• Coordinate with CFTs for monthly targets.
• Coordinate and track new projects.
• Monitor projects, create and track detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with CFTs to complete monthly plans and new projects.
• Arrange PRs for new projects.
• Follow up PFIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all the RM / PM are available as per the plan/forecast
• Preparation of FTOs and PRs
• Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches
• Coordinating with CFT's for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets
• Coordinating and tracking of new projects
• Monitoring of Projects, preparing a detailed project schedule, and tracking
• Coordinating with all the CFT's to smoothly complete the monthly plan and new projects.
• Arranging the PRs required for new projects
• Follow up for the completion of PFIs

Technical/ Functional Knowledge and Skills

• Good knowledge of the pharma process from manufacturing to packing
• Knowledge of GMP requirements
