Job summary

GUFIC BIOSCIENCES LIMITED in Indore is seeking a seasoned PPIC professional to plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities for injectable products. The role focuses on inventory optimization, timely delivery, and strict regulatory adherence.

You will lead production planning, collaborate with procurement, CQA, and SCM, and manage SAP-based material issuance while driving continuous improvement across operations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proficient in SAP systems and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skill, managing large data basis, excellent problem-solving mindset and inter-personal skill with effective communication and presentation, ready to accept new challenges in defined role
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production planning for injectable products
• Plan, monitor, and optimize production activities to ensure inventory levels and timely delivery
• Coordinate with procurement, artwork development, CQA, and other stakeholders for efficient operations
• Calculate material shortages against plan and follow up with SCM and QC for procurement and release; manage RM/PM material issuance in SAP
• BOM preparation and material code setup in SAP
• Oversee inventory management, maintaining optimal stock and reducing waste
• Coordinate with SCM to ensure raw material availability
• Monitor production schedules, material requirements, and capacity utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements
• Generate and analyze production reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Role & responsibilities :

This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.

• Lead and optimize the production planning process for injectable products.
• Efficient coordination with procurement, artwork development, CQA, and other relevant stake holders for effective operations.
• Material shortages calculation against plan on regular basis and Follow-up with SCM and QC for procurement and release. Release of RM/ PM Material issuance order in SAP and its verification on daily basis.
• BOM preparation, Material code preparation in SAP
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure raw material availability
