Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Ensure smooth execution of production activities and adherence to plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production readiness of new products.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate coverage for regular production and new product development.
• Drive cost optimization through planning and efficient resource use.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain for timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inter-plant and in-house aggregates.
• Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and efficiency; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory norms, and age analysis for finished goods and aggregates.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and delivery performance.

Job description

• Ensure compliance with age analysis requirements for finished goods, aggregates, vehicles, quality standards, and regulatory norms.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
