Job summary

Recruit Diary is hiring a results-driven digital advertiser to manage our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You’ll set up, optimize, and report on performance, taking accountability for what the campaigns deliver.

This remote, India-based role offers work-from-home flexibility, performance incentives, and access to marketing tools as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Graduate, marketing background helps but isn't a must.
• Should have actually run campaigns before this isn't a purely theoretical role.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
• Someone who's comfortable with numbers and doesn't just "set and forget" campaigns.

Responsibilities
