You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads in the America region, scaling paid campaigns, improving attribution accuracy, and maximizing ROI across channels. This role requires strong executional skills, advanced tracking knowledge, and hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn demand‑generation campaigns
• Manage large monthly budgets with a strong focus on pipeline growth and measurable ROI
• Set up accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and conversion pixels
• Implement A/B testing for messaging, creatives, and landing experiences
• Partner with content, design, and sales teams to align on ICP, targeting, and campaign funnels
• Develop performance dashboards and deliver insights to accelerate campaign success
• Ensure smooth integration of leads into CRM and nurturing workflows
• Utilize automation platforms for lead scoring, routing, and conversion tracking
• Keep up with the latest advertising trends, platform innovations, and best practices

Requirements
