Job summary

KNP Career Solution seeks an experienced Senior Manager PPC to lead Production Planning & Control in a high-variety, low-volume batch environment. The role focuses on capacity, material flow, and ERP-driven planning to meet delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate will drive Lean initiatives, manage complex BOMs, and collaborate across Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering & Sales to optimize performance and OTIF delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager PPC to lead Production Planning & Control for a Low Volume (1 to 1000 nos FG) High Variety (400 FG Codes/SKUs), batch-production environment (complex Supply chain) involving complex BOMs (4000 nos sub parts /Child Parts )and heavy fabrication (Construction Equipment)”

Key Responsibilities

• Drive production planning, scheduling & execution aligned with customer delivery requirements
• Manage capacity planning & resource loading across fabrication operations
• Optimize material flow and production processes using VSM / Lean principles
• Improve OTIF delivery performance and reduce production lead time
• Strengthen Supply Chain & vendor coordination to ensure material availability
• Monitor production plans vs. actuals and proactively address bottlenecks
• Drive ERP-based planning, MIS and Advanced Excel analytics
• Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering & Sales/Customer teams
• Act as an effective interface for customer communication on delivery commitments
