Job summary

Rane Domestic Appliances is seeking a candidate for Production Planning and Control of electro-mechanical machinery in India. The role requires hands-on experience, vendor liaison, and ability to present data visually using MS Office.

Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred for client and supplier interactions. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; candidates with experience in process equipment or project-based manufacturing will be given preference.

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control of electro-mechanical machinery.
• Practical knowledge of machined parts, gears, sprockets, hardware, pneumatic components, and other mechanical assemblies.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems motors, pumps, bearings, shafts, couplings, chains, sprockets, fans, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing charts, graphs, and reports.
• Experience in vendor management, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, and supporting purchase activities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi for client and vendor interactions.
• Should be able to search and develop new vendors/manufacturers, prepare purchase comparisons, and assist in order processing.
• Capable of presenting technical and purchase data in both tabular and graphical formats.
• Must be dedicated, disciplined, and committed to achieving project deadlines.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for local site visits.
