Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, machining, and quality departments.
• Track raw material availability and coordinate material requirements with the purchase department.
• Follow up on work orders, pending jobs, and production delays.
• Maintain production planning reports, order status, and daily production records.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and update delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify production bottlenecks and assist in resolving planning-related issues.
• Prepare Excel reports for production planning, order tracking, and pending deliveries.
• Follow up on customer delivery commitments and communicate any potential delays to the concerned team.
