Job summary

Endurance Technologies in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar / Shendra is seeking a PPC Engineer/Executive for the Casting Plant. The role focuses on production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and dispatch management to ensure on-time deliveries while optimizing capacity and inventory.

You will prepare daily to monthly production plans, coordinate with foundry, melting, die casting, machining, quality, maintenance and dispatch teams, monitor progress, manage material flow, and generate MIS

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/MIS reporting; SAP ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer schedules and business requirements.
• Coordinate with Foundry, Melting, Die Casting, Machining, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive plan adherence.
• Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages and excess stock.
• Ensure timely availability of materials through coordination with Procurement and Stores.
• Track customer schedules, forecast demand, and update production plans accordingly.
• Generate MIS reports on production, dispatch, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Drive inventory optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for delivery commitments and schedule changes.
• Ensure compliance with ERP/MRP systems for planning and inventory control.

Role Summary
