RVS iGlobal - White Label Service Provider is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Transformation team. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions built around Microsoft Power Platform for clients in professional services.

You will work across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production, delivering scalable BI dashboards, automations, and portals, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and technically skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing Digital Transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects across the Microsoft technology stack, delivering impactful business solutions for clients within the Accountancy and Professional Services sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom solutions built primarily around Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role combines hands‑on development with deployment management, client customisation, and technical problem‑solving across multiple environments including Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.

You will work closely with experienced technical specialists and stakeholders to build scalable, business-focused solutions while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our flagship platforms and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Gateway

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our flagship product, Practice Gateway, a rapidly evolving accountancy portal.
• Design, develop, and implement new features aligned with the product roadmap and client requirements.
• Improve system functionality, scalability, usability, and performance through continuous optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall product capability and customer experience.

Client Projects

• Deliver customised digital transformation solutions using Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and custom portal solutions.
• Support Practice Gateway implementation projects for clients across multiple environments.
• Build automation solutions and integrations to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Participate in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and automation initiatives.
• Gather and analyse client requirements to design practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Manage deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments while ensuring smooth delivery and release management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment assistance where required.

Internal Improvements

• Support internal digital transformation and system improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Assist in enhancing internal reporting, data management, and platform integrations.
• Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • PowerApps Portals
• Experience with entity customisation, workflow development, plugins, and form scripting using JavaScript.
• Good understanding of SQL Server, including query writing and data structure creation.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with C# or equivalent programming languages.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and deployment automation.
• SharePoint experience.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and automation projects.
• Understanding of technical architecture, unit testing, and solution design principles.
