We are looking for a Senior Associate – Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to work on our global product Timesheet Pro 365, an SPFx full-page application deployed on Microsoft AppSource, along with enterprise solutions built using Power Apps and Power Automate.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on, independent developer who can take ownership of features, contribute to solution design, and support both product and project‑based work.
Design, develop, and enhance SPFx full-page applications using React and TypeScript.
Work on feature enhancements, bug fixes, and version upgrades for Timesheet Pro 365.
Implement scalable and secure solutions on SharePoint Online.
Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and coding best practices.
Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑driven apps).
Design and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation.
Handle integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Power Platform solutions.
Take ownership of assigned modules and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Support production issues and customer escalations.
Participate in requirement discussions, estimation, and solution design.
Maintain technical documentation and deployment notes.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
Strong hands‑on experience in SPFx, React, TypeScript.
Solid experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, site architecture).
Proven expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with PnP JS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, App Registration, Azure AD – preferred).
Experience deploying and maintaining solutions on Microsoft AppSource (good to have).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Good communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Experience working on global, customer‑facing SaaS products.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Mentoring or lead experience at module or feature level.
