Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a seasoned professional for Power Plant Operations & Maintenance with 12–15 years of experience in thermal or captive plants. You will lead O&M teams, oversee end-to-end plant operations, and ensure safety, reliability, and performance of turbine, boiler and DM/WTP systems.

The role requires deep knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and proactive problem-solving to manage plant shutdowns and optimize uptime.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in Power Plant Operations & Maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of Turbine, Boiler, DM Plant, and Water Treatment Plant.
• Knowledge of plant safety standards, statutory requirements, and HSE compliance.
• Experience in leadership, manpower management, and multidisciplinary O&M teams.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end plant operations including troubleshooting.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills for critical plant situations.
• Experience in improving operational efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle critical plant situations independently.
• Experience in maintaining operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant performance.
