Job summary

Aarushi Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking a Collections Test Analyst to analyze business requirements, design detailed test plans, and execute static and system testing in an Agile setting. You will estimate testing needs, create traceability, and manage data while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of software testing experience, a CS/engineering degree, ISTQB certification, and hands‑on knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, and API/XML/JSON testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or other IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification is highly regarded.

Skills And Experience

• 5–8 years' hands‑on Software Testing experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or other IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification highly regarded.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Prior experience with Experian Power Curve Collections or other Collections applications and process.
• Previous experience in System Testing/System Integration Testing.
• Performance and Volume testing hands‑on knowledge would be an added advantage. Expertise in any of the following technologies: Playwright, Selenium, or other Test Automation Tools and PnV tools like JMeter.
• Database/ETL testing would be an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of downstream and upstream data preparation and testing requirements.
• Good understanding of the z/OS mainframe platform, Vision PLUS, and Experian Power Curve Collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with previous experience working with and coordinating across technical and business teams who have competing timelines and priorities.
• Good understanding and previous experience of using test management tools JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
