Job summary

UST is seeking Software Engineers with 2–4 years of experience to work on solutions involving Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC). You will develop, integrate, and support collections applications, write SQL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in our Hyderabad office.

Role involves debugging, testing, and production support, with emphasis on data processing and API integrations within the lending domain. PowerCurve knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development/engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data processing.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile development.
• Basic to good understanding of lending and collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain software components related to collections applications.
• Build and support APIs, integrations, data flows, and application interfaces.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve application and production issues. Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment, and SDLC activities.
• Apply lending and collections domain knowledge to software solutions.
• Work with PowerCurve Collections (PCC) as part of the product/technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals Good SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data processing
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SDLC and Agile development
• Basic to good understanding of lending and collections
• Good to Have Experience with Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending technology experience
• Knowledge of DPD, delinquency, collections strategies, segmentation, and recovery
• Experience with enterprise applications or decisioning platforms
