Job summary

Aarushi Infotech in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Collections Test Analyst to analyze business requirements, design test plans, and drive automated and manual testing within an Agile framework. You will create and maintain test cases, execute system SIT, handle defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA/Xray and Confluence; Playwright and Selenium experience preferred.

Responsibilities include test data preparation, traceability, and ongoing regression testing, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• ISTQB certification is highly regarded.
• Experience with Collections applications and SIT/SIT testing.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform static testing.
• Prepare test plans, scripts and cases aligned to requirements.
• Work in Agile mode and estimate testing needs.
• Maintain traceability from test cases to requirements.
• Identify/test data and raise defects with retest.
• Create automated tests in Playwright and maintain regression suite.
• Coordinate SIT with cross-functional teams and participate in defect triage.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and manage risks.

Skills And Experience

• 5-8 years' hands-on Software Testing experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or other IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification highly regarded.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Prior experience with Experian Power Curve Collections or other Collections applications and process.
• Previous experience in System Testing/System Integration Testing.
• Performance and Volume testing hands-on knowledge would be an added advantage. Expertise in any of the following technologies: Playwright, Selenium, or other Test Automation Tools and PnV tools like JMeter.
• Database/ETL testing would be an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of downstream and upstream data preparation and testing requirements.
• Good understanding of the z/OS mainframe platform, Vision PLUS, and Experian Power Curve Collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with previous experience working with and coordinating across technical and business teams who have competing timelines and priorities.
• Good understanding and previous experience of using test management tools JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
