Job summary

Aarushi Infotech seeks an experienced Collections Test Analyst to analyze business requirements, design test plans, and perform system and integration testing in an Agile environment.

The role covers test automation using Playwright, Selenium, and JMeter, along with data preparation, defect management, and creating traceability from requirements to tests. Strong knowledge of z/OS mainframe and Power Curve Collections is desired.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' hands-on Software Testing experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or other IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification highly regarded.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Prior experience with Experian Power Curve Collections or other Collections applications and process.
• Previous experience in System Testing/System Integration Testing.
• Performance and Volume testing hands-on knowledge would be an added advantage.

• Database/ETL testing would be an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of downstream and upstream data preparation and testing requirements.
• Good understanding of the z/OS mainframe platform, Vision PLUS, and Experian Power Curve Collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with previous experience working with and coordinating across technical and business teams who have competing timelines and priorities.
• Good understanding and previous experience of using test management tools JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
