Job summary

Aarushi Infotech in Chennai is seeking aCollections Test Analyst with 8–12 years of hands-on software testing experience. The role focuses on analysis of business requirements, static testing, and creating detailed test plans and scripts to validate complex business logic within an Agile framework.

The ideal candidate will contribute to test automation using Playwright/Selenium, ensure traceability from requirements to tests, and collaborate across teams for System Integration Testing, while

Qualifications

• 8-12 years hands-on software testing experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification is highly regarded.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Experience with Experian Power Curve Collections or similar collections applications.
• Experience in System Testing and System Integration Testing.
• Knowledge of performance and volume testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA/Xray and Confluence.

• 8 -12 years' hands‑on Software Testing experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering or other IT degree.
• ISTQB Certification highly regarded.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL.
• Prior experience with Experian Power Curve Collections or other Collections applications and process.
• Previous experience in System Testing/System Integration Testing.
• Performance and Volume testing hands‑on knowledge would be an added advantage. Expertise in any of the following technologies: Playwright, Selenium, or other Test Automation Tools and PnV tools like JMeter.
• Database/ETL testing would be an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of downstream and upstream data preparation and testing requirements.
• Good understanding of the z/OS mainframe platform, Vision PLUS, and Experian Power Curve Collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with previous experience working with and coordinating across technical and business teams who have competing timelines and priorities.
• Good understanding and previous experience of using test management tools JIRA/Xray and Confluence.
