Job summary

Worldline is seeking experienced Oracle and Postgres DBAs to join our Pune team. You will manage a mix of on-prem and cloud databases, implement high-availability, perform backups with RMAN, and monitor performance to keep critical payments applications running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Oracle 19c DBA experience +3 years.
• Knowledge of High-Availability features like DataGuard and RAC installations.
• Knowledge of Cloud Control (OEM) application
• Knowledge of Performance Tuning on DB and application level
• Knowledge of Backup and Restore with RMAN
• Experience with on-call duty and monitoring
• Postgres experience +3 years mandatory
• Knowledge of installation and patching
• Knowledge of High-Availability features like EFM
• Knowledge of Backup and Restore with BARMAN
• Knowledge of PEM monitoring
• Experience with on call duty is a must
• Excellent Knowledge of Linux - Redhat
• English conversational skills (understandable for German colligues)
• Understanding of compliance and data security (PCI)
• Experience with documentation in Confluence and JIRA

Oracle

• Oracle 19c DBA experience +3 years Relevant Experience.
• Knowledge of installation and PSU patching for Oracle.
• Knowledge of High-Availability features like DataGuard and Experience with Oracle RAC installations.
• Knowledge of Cloud Control (OEM) application
• Knowledge of Performance Tuning on DB and application level
• Knowledge of Backup and Restore with RMAN
• Experience with oncall duty and monitoring

Postgres

• Postgres experience +3 years mandatory Experience
• Knowledge of installation and patching
• Knowledge of High-Availability features like EFM
• Knowledge of Backup and Restore with BARMAN
• Knowledge of PEM monitoring
• Experience with on call duty is a must
