Job summary

Worldline in Mumbai is seeking a .NET Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies in an Agile setting.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, implement RESTful APIs, and ensure quality through unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• Hands‑on experience with xUnit/NUnit and SonarQube.

The opportunity

As a .NET Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Handle change requests, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API.
• Work with Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, and ADO.NET for database solutions.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Manage source code and CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions.
• Prepare technical documentation, including release notes and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC and Agile lifecycle.

Who Are We Looking For

• BE/BTech degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft .NET development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, ADO.NET, and WebForms.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience with Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• Hands‑on experience with xUnit/NUnit and SonarQube.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Quartz.NET or Hangfire.
• Microservices and distributed applications.
• Ocelot/YARP API Gateway.
• ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience in the Payments or FinTech domain.
