Job summary

T&m seeks a Faculty member for SCC candidates in Kolkata to drive executive education programs. The role spans three years with potential extension to five, focusing on leadership development for senior bank executives and related institutions.

Preference will be given to candidates with MBA/PGDM/MHRM/HR/Finance/Banking with teaching experience in executive education; Ph.D./M.Phil adds value. Strong teaching and corporate training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate with minimum 55% marks.
• Preference for MBA/PGDM/MHRM/HRM/Finance/Banking with teaching experience in executive education.
• Ph.D./M.Phil. preferred as an additional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in training activities at the institute.
• Develop leadership capabilities of bank/top executives for SBI/other banks and training institutes.
• Conduct sessions on leadership development across programmes and engage in academic administration.
• Identify training gaps in leadership skills of senior bank executives and co-deliver training interventions.
• Ensure updates to training contents and pedagogy; develop and impart programs/workshops.
• Set up training evaluation methods and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate smooth execution of workshops, conclaves, panels and programs.
• Promote institute and programmes to strengthen brand.
• Address right trainings with ongoing follow-up of participants and best HR practices.
