Job summary

Smart Source in India is seeking a BFSI - Trainer to deliver end-to-end training for trainees in Banking Domain, including Finance & Accounts, and to enhance employability through soft skills.

The role uses activity-based learning, role plays, and online video training, with reporting on internal systems and ongoing assessments to track progress.

Candidates should have 2+ years in BFSI training and strong MS Office skills; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training for trainees in the Banking Domain along with knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
• Deliver employability skills/ Interpersonal skills-related training to empower youth for employment.
• Apply experience and knowledge in conducting effective training in domain skills as well as soft skills.
• Deliver training using activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, and sports for development; evaluate training quality and impact.
• Conduct online video-based training with excellent platform skills.
• Maintain reports and run content on internal systems.
• Evaluate and grade training assignments and provide feedback.
• Identify areas of improvement at individual and group levels.
• Promote an open knowledge-sharing environment and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Increase student skills to meet corporate placement needs.
• Assist students one-to-one in learning.
• Counsel students to reduce dropout rates.

• Graduate in any stream, with experience in accounting and finance
• OR Commerce graduate (Banking & Finance)
