Job summary

ICF in New Delhi is seeking a policy analyst to conduct policy analysis on renewable energy and allied sectors. You will benchmark global regulatory practices for India and prepare comparisons and applicability notes.

The role involves supporting stakeholder engagements and synthesizing inputs into policy briefs and thematic notes. Additionally, you will contribute to thematic insight reports and leadership briefs according to client priorities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Mechanical or related engineering disciplines.

Minimum qualifications

B.Tech in Engineering disciplines (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related) from a recognized institution.

Minimum experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy policy analysis (think tanks, multilaterals, or government projects).

Preferred competencies / skills

• Strong policy writing and ability to frame options and trade-offs.
• Research and benchmarking rigor.
• Stakeholder facilitation and synthesis into actionable outputs.
