Job summary

ICF is seeking a finance professional in New Delhi to support investment analyses for energy projects. You will develop financial models, assess investment requirements, and coordinate with funding agencies and stakeholders on scheme interventions.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Renewable Energy with an MBA/Finance, and 5+ years of relevant experience, including project financing and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years' experience in financial and commercial review for energy projects.
• Experience coordinating across agencies and documenting decisions and next steps.

Key responsibilities

Minimum qualifications

Degree in Engineering/Renewable Energy/Power Systems AND MBA/equivalent in Finance.

Minimum experience

5+ years of relevant experience.

Specific Project Experience

2+ years' experience in working in projects relating to financial and commercial review, and/or financial risk assessment relating to energy projects

Preferred competencies / skills

• Strong financial modelling and analytical rigor.
• Clear writing of assumptions, scenarios and implications for decision-makers.
• Ability to coordinate across agencies and maintain documentation of decisions and next steps.
