Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in GIS mapping and navigation domains.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams to meet project goals.
• Recommend improvements to mapping processes.
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with functional managers for smooth project execution and service delivery.
• Manage escalations and risks; ensure SLA adherence.
• Engage stakeholders and manage communications across teams.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Provide timely project progress updates to senior management.
• Develop staffing plans and training effectiveness measures.
• Plan and deliver projects; manage team managers and leads.
• Conduct periodic status reviews and adapt to changes.
