Role Purpose
The Transformation PMO will support and drive execution of a multi-year business transformation program aimed at scaling the organisation by 5X. This is a high-energy, execution-oriented role for an early-career professional who can bring rigor, follow-through, and structure to multiple transformation initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Transformation Execution
- Drive day-to-day execution of multiple transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, ERP, sales, exports, domestic expansion, and cost optimisation
- Break high-level initiatives into clear tasks, milestones, owners, and timelines
- Ensure timely closure of actions through rigorous follow-up PMO Governance & Tracking
- Maintain a central transformation plan and trackers
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits
- Highlight slippages early and propose corrective actions Senior Leadership Coordination
- Coordinate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and HR
- Act as a neutral execution enabler who can push, remind, and escalate diplomatically
- Prepare structured inputs for leadership Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly leadership decks
- Maintain risk and issue logs with clear ownership and mitigation plans
Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks
- Proactively flag risks related to decisions, capacity, or timelines
- Track mitigation actions to closure Ad-hoc Strategic Support
- Support leadership with data analysis, process documentation, workshops, and vendor coordination
- Act as a hands-on problem solver, not just a tracker
Candidate Profile Experience
- 23 years of total work experience
- Exposure to PMO, consulting, operations excellence, transformation, or project execution roles preferred
- Manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP exposure is an advantage but not mandatory
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
- MBA / PGDM (Operations, Strategy, General Management) preferred but not mandatory
