Job summary

Reserve Bank Information Technology in Navi Mumbai seeks a PMO Quality Assurance professional to lead internal audits, QA process improvement, and IT Service Management within the PMO structure. The role requires expertise in QA standards (ITIL, CSQA, ISO 9001/27001) and experience with MS Project/Jira.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven improvements, develop metrics dashboards, and support project teams in applying standardized processes and best practices across SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or any graduate.
• Total experience 3–6 years with at least 1 year in QA activities.
• Experience in QA processes, internal audits and ITSM is required.
• Familiarity with QA standards (ITIL, CSQA, ISO 9001/27001, CMMI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and conduct internal audits for projects.
• Assist Project Managers to resolve audit observations and non-compliance.
• Document and analyze audit observations.
• Utilize AI tools for QA and project audits analysis.
• Facilitate adoption of CMMI Best Practices across the org.
• Verify process compliance and identify deviations.
• Engage project teams to maintain standard practices.
• Track key metrics at org level and create dashboards.

Experience/ Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of total experience.
• Mandatory experience of 1 year in performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
• Proven expertise in the following process areas:
• Quality Assurance Process
• Internal Audits
• IT Service Management
• Process & Business Excellence
• Good to have technical skills and hands-on experience on two or more of the following standards will be preferred.
• ITIL
• CSQA
• ISO 9001/ 27001
• CMMI Level 3
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and suggesting the improvements.
• Ability to analyze data trends and generate process improvement strategies.
• Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency compliance tracking.
• Understanding of the basic Project Management activities.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethics.
