Job summary

Rarr Technologies in Pune and Bangalore is seeking a senior Quality Analyst/Process Excellence engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead QA programs and drive process improvements. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in software development.

The position is office-based with a requirement to work from the office at least 4 days a week; relocation or travel may be considered as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Process Excellence / Process Quality Engineer.
• Very strong communication and ability to work with leadership.
• Experience in IT software companies, predominantly in software development.
• ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor is must have; ISO 13485 / ISO 27001 are nice to have; CMMi 3/5 knowledge.
• SDLC, metrics, analysis and process improvement; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall.

4. We are open for Bangalore and Pune both however there won t be remote working. Currently, a minimum of 4 days must be worked from the office.
